At Meta Kitchen we always love working with the best fresh, locally made produce. Our pasta is no exception.
Meta Kitchen pasta is delivered by local Chef Emmanuel Beylet, from Pepeleonskitchen and, in some of our clients’ words, might well just be ‘the best pasta on the Sunshine Coast’. No need to take our word for it - just book-in (which is always our first preference, since nothing compares to fresh pasta served on the spot) or order for take-away or via UberEats deliveries - and make up your own mind. Gluten free pasta is always available.
Our own chef, Viorel Copolovici (Vio), creates magic with his delicious sauces and often surprising combinations. To complement our main dishes, you might also want to try the deserts - like our three times baked New York Cheesecake (also affectionately dubbed “ The Uhmmm” from the delighted reaction many of our customers have when they try it for the firs time).
Or you might want to tap into our newly created Meta Kitchen Pantry range and order our amazing Hummus. It is a true culinary hologram of the Middle East, with over 80% chickpeas, about 10% tahini (sesame seed paste) and an absolutely crucial 10% of balanced flavors: garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, coriander seeds...We gave it a local touch of both flavor and color by adding just a hint of turmeric, topped it with toasted pine nuts (can be opted out) and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and paired it with toasted crunchy Lebanese pita.
